If you’ve ever wondered why beer tastes the way it does, Devin is here to break it down for you! Esters, phenolics, diacetyl, DMS, the list goes on, and it could honestly make your head spin. What are they? What do they taste like? What causes them and where do they come from?
We’ve got answers, and we’ll share samples of our beers so you can taste them for yourself! Pull up a seat and hang out with our brewer for some beer facts and a Q&A.
