Exploring the Eclipse

April 5, 2024 @ 3:30 pm - 4:30 pm

Join the Oil Creek State Park naturalist at the Oil City Library on Friday, April 5th from 3:30 – 4:30 pm to learn all about the upcoming solar eclipse on April 8th, 2024!

We’ll learn how this incredible phenomenon happens and review some safety tips before making our own pinhole viewers for the big day.

The park also has free eclipse-viewing glasses to hand out at this event while supplies last!
