SUMMARY:KHS Cheer 5K
DESCRIPTION:We’re chomping at the bit to host the KHS Cheer 5K during Knox Horsethief Days!\n\nAugust 17\, 2024\, at 8:00 a.m.\n\nRegistration: The cost of the race will be $30 ($32 for 2XL or 3XL T-shirt). Send a check and the registration form to Keystone Cheerleading\, P. O. Box 283\, Shippenville\, PA 16254.\n\nPre-registration will end on July 29\, 2024. All who pre-register will receive a KHS Cheer 5K T-shirt.\n\nRace: The race will begin at Keystone High School. The runners will start on Beatty Avenue then turn west onto Huston Avenue. At Petrolia Street\, the race will turn left and then when it intersects with Beaver\, the runners will make a right. The race crosses Knox Road and follows Mehrten Road to Sunny B’s. The racers will turn and follow the same path back to Huston\, ending with ¾ of a lap on the Keystone High School Track\, for a total of 3.1 miles.\n\nCheck-ins and race-day registration will open at 7:00 am and will be located in front of the main entrance of Keystone High School.\n\nAwards will be presented to the top 3 overall men and top 3 overall women finishers. Medals will be presented to the top 3 male and female finishers in each of the following age categories: 12 and under\, 13-17\, 18-25\, 26-35\, 36-50\, and 51 and over.\n\nQuestions: Contact keystonecheerboosters@gmail.com.\n\n*****Must be registered by July 29th to be guaranteed a race T-shirt*****
